🟢 In the 1st and 2nd Qrts of games both teams MUST play man defense. teams should be getting into they offense and/or sets and just playing basketball

🟢 At half time going into the 3rd Qrt go into the adjustment period teams are allowed to run zone as they see fit. Adjusting to what teams are throwing at you on offense is a HUGE part of basketball.

🟢 Now in the 4th and final qtr of the game that’s when the gloves are off. NO HOLDS BARRED. Both teams can run whatever they want 4 out 1 in or 5 out as they see fit. The 4th qtr is when it’s time to close and you give the ball to your best player and tell him/her “take us home”. So the 4th will be just that time. Do what you must to secure the win.

We are a community we are here to have fun and compete. We welcome open discussion on league matters please speak your mind but remember when a decision is made it’s FINAL. Racism will be a 0 tolerance. Bullying will be a 0 tolerance. Taking thing out of 2k context will be a 0 tolerance. I understand things can get competitive and words can be said and things will get heated in the art of battle. But when it’s all said and done we will respect one another. Failure to do so will result in the immediate BOOT.

OUR FIRST SEASON WILL BE BRING YOUR OWN TEAM. But after season one once guys get to know each other and we grow as a community we will convert to a draft format.
